Société: The Art of Elevated Hospitality by PRIVÉ

Beyond the Kitchen
PRIVÉ was built around daily nourishment. Meals that arrive in glass containers, portioned by your chef, waiting in your fridge before the week begins. That's the foundation. It's what most people know us for.
But some moments ask for more than a container in the fridge. They ask for an experience that fills a room.
Société is where PRIVÉ meets those moments.
What Société Is
Société is PRIVÉ's elevated hospitality offering. Private dinner parties. Wellness retreats. Corporate gatherings. Milestone celebrations. Anniversary dinners. Intimate gatherings that require the kind of care most event companies aren't equipped to provide.
This is not catering. There are no chafing dishes. No buffet stations. No preset menus selected from a catalog. No per-head pricing spreadsheet.
Société begins with a conversation. What's the occasion. Who is in the room. What does the host envision. What should the guests feel when they sit down and what should they remember when they leave.
From that conversation, our chefs design every element of the culinary experience. The menu. The ingredients. The pacing. The presentation. The service style. The details that most guests will never consciously notice but would immediately feel if they were absent.
That is the definition of elevated hospitality. Not the things you see. The things you feel because someone considered them before you arrived.
How It Works
Every Société engagement follows the same process, regardless of scale.
The Consultation
It starts privately. A conversation between our team and the host to understand the vision, the audience, the environment, and the standard expected. We ask questions most event companies don't think to ask. What is the energy of the room supposed to feel like. Are there dietary needs that should be accommodated invisibly. Is there a story the menu should tell. What does the host want their guests to talk about on the drive home.
The Design
From that conversation, our chefs build the entire culinary program from scratch. No element is borrowed from a previous event. The menu is original. The ingredient sourcing is specific to the occasion. The presentation is designed for the space, the lighting, and the flow of the evening.
If the event includes a wellness component, the food is integrated with the programming. A retreat where guests are moving between treatments, recovery sessions, and classes will have a completely different culinary rhythm than a seated dinner for twelve. Société accounts for that.
The Execution
On the day of the event, our team handles everything from kitchen setup to tableside service to the final plate cleared. The host is never involved in logistics. The guests never see the effort. They only experience the result.
This is what separates Société from traditional event catering. Catering is logistics. Société is hospitality. The food arrives at the right moment, at the right temperature, in the right sequence, with the right energy. And it feels effortless because every variable was resolved before the first guest walked through the door.
Who Société Is For
Société is designed for a specific kind of client. Not everyone who hosts a dinner party. The ones who understand that the difference between a good evening and an unforgettable one lives in the details that most people overlook.
Private dinner parties. A seated dinner for eight where every course is a conversation piece. The menu reflects the host, the guests, and the occasion. Wine pairings if desired. Tableside service that is present but never intrusive.
Wellness retreats. A multi-day program where every meal, every interlude, every wellness pour is designed to complement the treatment schedule. The food doesn't compete with the experience. It amplifies it. We've built culinary programs alongside wellness partners including Raeya Wellness that integrate seamlessly with massage, IV therapy, breathwork, and movement.
Milestone celebrations. Birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, achievements. The events that mark a chapter. We've designed bespoke Asian-fusion menus for 40th birthdays with Wagyu gyoza, Peking duck, and custom wine barrel cakes. We've built Mediterranean spreads for intimate gatherings where the mezze board became the centerpiece of the evening.
Corporate experiences. Team retreats, client dinners, investor gatherings, product launches. For organizations that understand food is not a line item. It is the tone of the room. The quality of the food tells your guests exactly how much thought went into having them there.

The Société Standard
There are a few principles that define every Société engagement, regardless of size or format.
No templates. Every menu, every service plan, every element is built from scratch for that specific event. We do not recycle concepts between clients or occasions.
Invisible effort. The best hospitality disappears. Guests should never see the logistics. They should only feel the result. If a guest notices the service, the service wasn't good enough.
Ingredient integrity. The same clean, intentional sourcing standards we apply to our daily meal prep clients apply to Société. Organic produce. No seed oils. No fillers. No shortcuts. The scale changes. The standard does not.
Discretion. Many of our Société clients value privacy as much as they value the experience. We operate with complete discretion regarding guest lists, locations, and event details. Always.
The host is never working. From the moment our team arrives to the moment the last plate is cleared, the host is a guest at their own event. That is non-negotiable.

The Difference You Feel
We get asked frequently what separates a PRIVÉ Société experience from hiring a private chef for an evening or booking a high-end caterer.
The answer is simple: caterers deliver food. Private chefs cook in your kitchen. Société designs an experience around a room full of people and ensures that every element of the evening, from the first welcome bite to the final cleared plate, serves the vision of the host.
The food is central. But Société is not a food service. It is a hospitality service that happens to be led by two chefs who believe that how people eat together shapes how they feel together.
That belief is the foundation of everything we do at PRIVÉ. In a glass container on a Tuesday. And at a candlelit table for twelve on a Saturday.
Inquire
Société is available by private inquiry only. Each engagement begins with a consultation to understand your vision, your guests, and the standard you expect.
