A culinary partnership rooted in passion and purpose.
PRIVÉ Culinary Concierge was born from a spark—first in the kitchen, then in life. Aubrey and Daniel Mendez met while working at a high-end restaurant in Miami during the pandemic. What began as a shared love of culinary artistry soon evolved into a shared life—and a business built around meaningful, elevated dining experiences.

Aubrey Mendez
Aubrey is a Filipina chef with a globally influenced palate. A graduate of De La Salle–College of St. Benilde in Manila, she holds a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management and a major in Culinary Arts. Her cuisine leans toward vibrant Asian-Mediterranean flavors, with a flair for pastry and an intuitive gift for layering textures and taste. She trained in Dubai’s luxury hospitality world, cooking for royal clientele, and later brought that refined, discreet approach to Las Vegas—curating private jet meals, intimate luxury dinners, and elevated events for high-profile clients.

Daniel Mendez
Daniel, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Miami, brings precision, balance, and consistency to every plate. His roots lie in American-Italian comfort cuisine, and his strengths lie in execution and leadership. From New York and Miami to St. Maarten and Las Vegas, Daniel has held top executive chef roles that sharpened his ability to deliver on every detail of service, seamlessly managing operations while staying grounded in hospitality.


PRIVÉ DIETITIAN
Ornella Sofitchouk
As a Registered Dietitian with a focus in Sports Nutrition, Ornella launched her career working with top-tier athletes including the Boston Celtics and Stanford’s Sports Nutrition Department. Now, she helps a broader range of clients—from actors to busy professionals—optimize energy, focus and overall well-being through science refined by real-world experience.
Her services include one-on-one coaching, personalized meal planning, culinary partnerships and support for physical role preparation and recovery. Ornella’s philosophy moves beyond rigid plans, empowering clients with the knowledge, confidence and sustainable strategies they need to thrive—both in body and lifestyle.
