The list opens October 12. Reservations are processed in the order received.
HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?
Your weekly bag is delivered to your door once a week for four consecutive weeks. We confirm your delivery day during onboarding.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE BAG?
Grab & Flow is curated. The contents rotate weekly and are chosen by our chefs. For fully bespoke meal plans, our Elite tier remains available year round.
WHAT ABOUT DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
Major allergies and dietary needs are accommodated. You share these with us at sign up.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE 20 SPOTS ARE CLAIMED?
The list closes and reopens next summer. You may join the waitlist for any cancellations.
