Terms & Conditions

Effective for Daily Wellness Services (Elite & Signature Tiers)

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW

Prive Culinary Concierge provides chef-prepared, organic meal prep services under two tiers: Elite (fully customized) and Signature (chef-curated). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

 

2. MEAL PLANS & CUSTOMIZATION

  • Elite Tier: Includes customized menus based on dietary preferences, health goals, and lifestyle. Weekly menu planning is conducted via direct chef consultation. Optional dietitian collaboration is available upon request.

  • Signature Tier: Offers pre-set rotating menus. No modifications or substitutions are permitted under this tier.

 

 

3. MEAL MINIMUMS

  • Elite: 10-meal minimum per week

  • Signature: 6-meal minimum per week

 

 

4. ADD-ONS

Add-on items such as wellness juices, snacks, sauces, and desserts are available weekly and may incur additional charges.

 

 

5. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

  • Pricing:

    • Elite Tier: Starts at $70 per meal

    • Signature Tier: $50 per meal

    • Additional household members (same menu): 15% discount

    • Add-ons are billed separately

  •  

  • Invoicing: Weekly invoices are sent via email.

  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and approved electronic payments.

  • Payment Due Date: Payment is due upon receipt and must be completed before the next delivery cycle.

  • Late Payments: A 24-hour grace period is provided. After this, a $25 late fee may apply. Unresolved balances may result in paused service.

  • Billing Disputes: Must be reported within 3 days of invoice receipt for resolution.
     

 

6. CANCELLATIONS & PAUSES

Requests to cancel, pause, or skip service must be submitted at least 72 hours before your scheduled delivery. Late changes may result in full charges due to procurement and preparation timelines. Frequent last-minute changes may affect scheduling priority.

7. DELIVERY

  • Elite: Complimentary delivery at your preferred time.

  • Signature: Delivered twice weekly for $10 within Las Vegas & Henderson.
    We are not liable for meals once delivery is confirmed. Secure drop-off instructions are recommended if you will not be home.

8. PACKAGING & RETURNS

Meals are packaged using sustainable materials such as glass containers and paper boxes. Please rinse containers before returning. Bamboo lids should be wiped with a damp cloth. All returned containers are professionally washed and sanitized. A fee may be applied for damaged or missing containers.

9. ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

  • Elite: We accommodate all stated allergies and dietary needs.

  • Signature: Clients are responsible for reviewing menus. No modifications are offered.
    Although care is taken, meals are prepared in a facility that may process allergens.

10. CLIENT CONDUCT & COMMUNICATION

We hold our team and clients to high standards of professionalism and respect. Abusive or unreasonable behavior may result in service termination.

11. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Clients accept full responsibility for food consumption and storage. Prive is not liable for allergic reactions, health conditions, or consequences of improper meal handling. Always consult a healthcare provider before making major dietary changes.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

These terms are subject to change. Clients will be notified of any material updates in writing.

13. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

By enrolling in Daily Wellness services, you agree to a recurring weekly subscription.

 

  • This subscription automatically renews each week.

  • You may cancel or pause with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to your delivery.

  • Late cancellations will be charged in full.

  • Continued participation implies acceptance of these terms and ongoing billing.

14. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the perishable and highly customized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once meals are prepared. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Prive Culinary Concierge.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for any failure to deliver meals due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor shortages, acts of God, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All menus, recipes, branding materials, images, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Prive Culinary Concierge and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

17. NON-DISCLOSURE & DISCRETION

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information, preferences, dietary needs, and service details are kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.

18. HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Prive Culinary Concierge does not provide medical or nutritional advice. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any health condition. Please consult with a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietitian before making changes to your diet.

19. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising under or related to our services shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada or through mutually agreed arbitration.
