Why Pistachios?
We work with a lot of premium ingredients in our kitchen, but pistachios hold a special place in our rotation, and for good reason.
Pistachios are one of the most nutrient-dense nuts available. They're rich in vitamin B6, potassium, and phosphorus. They contain lutein and zeaxanthin, antioxidants that support eye health and cellular protection. They carry polyphenol antioxidants that help combat inflammation. And unlike most nuts, pistachios offer a complete amino acid profile, meaning they contain all nine essential amino acids, a rarity in the plant world.

How We Make It

We start by soaking raw, unsalted pistachios to soften them and activate their nutrients. From there, our chefs blend them with filtered water until the mixture reaches a smooth, creamy consistency. We strain it, add a touch of sea salt to bring out the natural sweetness, and bottle it.
No gums.

No preservatives.
The result is a rich, buttery, slightly sweet milk with a subtle green hue, the way pistachio milk should taste when it's made from actual pistachios.
